Care.Club does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Care.Club does not take title to the refunded item.

How can I place a return?

Give our friendly customer service team a call at 1-855-855-1666. We'll be happy to provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number and instructions for returning your product.

Can I returned a package that has been opened?

Because of home health laws, we are unable to accept product packages that have been opened, however, we can always accept any packages that have not been opened. If you only opened one of the packages, the other packages may still be eligible for a return. Not sure if you're eligible for a return? Contact us and we'll help..

Can I return unopened packages from a case of a product?

Yes, you may return any product that is unopened and it in the original packaging. Not sure if you're eligible for a return? Contact us and we'll help.

Can I ship the product back myself?

We've partnered with UPS to provide Return Pick-up Service. UPS will pick up your return at your home and deliver it to our company at no cost to you!

You may ship the order or items back yourself but only after you've received a RA (return authorization number) and return shipping address from us first. Otherwise, you may not be eligible to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost if not returned via Care.Club's Return Pick-up Service.

Can I return an item that I did not purchase on Care.Club?

As is the case with most retailers, we are unable to accept returns for products that were not purchased through our store. We buy all our products direct from each manufacturer to ensure that the product is protected under the manufacturer's warranty. In the case that the product has a defect or is damaged, we can claim the warranty. We also want to make sure that our customers are getting the original products so we never purchase items from 3rd party sellers.
