Care Club's product reviewer, "California" Tom, released his review of the Prevail Breezer's 360 Briefs. Here is what he had to say:
In all categories Prevails Breezers 360 is the most outstanding overnight capacity tab brief I have ever experienced my 5+ years of nighttime incontinence!
Very Light, Soft and Roomy to wear overnight. And they do not feel bulky (they are only modestly thick). Seconds after putting the 360's on, I honestly do not have any sensations I am wearing an incontinent garment - no different than say, Micro-Fiber boxer shorts. And over the entire range of initially dry to fully wet to capacity (I achieved 26-30 oz), the brief still remains soft and pliable, maintains good breathability, and I have felt no skin irritation whatsoever! Wonderful!!
This brief is highly effective in drawing wetness from the deposit area away from the top skin layer, deep into the lower absorbing layer. Wetness is also remarkably wicked-away from the area of wetting nearly all the way to the ends of the brief - distributing the wetness and maximizing overall absorption capacity. Effective wicking contributes greatly to comfort because moisture does not pool or float on the top layer touching the skin.
On my two overnight trials, the Prevail Breezers 360 Tab Briefs, Size L, achieved a capacity of 26 oz and 30 oz - without leaking onto the bed underpad I always use as a precaution.
Breezers 360 are a full wrap-around brief, but instead of 4 closure taps, there are just two elongated strips on each side with discretely integrated closure tabs at the ends. They definite do not have the conspicuous look of the old 4-tab style. The thickness of the brief is moderate, not thick or bulky. This brief is also very quiet in bed - zero rustling noises walking or turning in bed.
I am very pleased and grateful Care.Club gave me the opportunity to try this product - Prevail Breezers 360 by far exceeds any other product I have tried or used over the past 5 years.
