How long will my order take to ship?
If you place your order before 3pm local time on a business day, your order will ship the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most customers receive their orders within 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. You can also login to your account to check the status of your order.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the US at this time.
Do you ship to a P.O. box or overseas military address?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Does Care.Club take Medicaid or Medicare?
We do not accept insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. However, we can provide you an invoice to send to your insurance for reimbursement.
