Do you ship to PO Boxes, oversees military addresses or outside the US?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses or outside the US at this time.


    What's your returns policy?

    We'll happily accept packages within 45 days of the sale date and we'll give you a complete refund and a complementary pre-paid shipping label. All we ask is that the product is not used and not open, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original packaging. Not sure if you're eligible for a return?     How can I place a return?

    Can I return unopened packages from a case of a product?

    Yes, you may return any product that is unopened and it in the original packaging. Not sure if you're eligible for a return? Contact us and we'll see what we can do!

    Can I return an item that I did not purchase on Care.Club?

    As is the case with most retailers, we are unable to accept returns for products that were not purchased through our store. We buy all our products direct from each manufacturer to ensure that the product is protected under the manufacturer's warranty. In the case that the product has a defect or is damaged, we can claim the warranty. We also want to make sure that our customers are getting the original products so we never purchase items from 3rd party sellers.

      If you would like assistance after hours, please leave us a voice mail and member of our team will give you a call back. We try our hardest to respond within 1 hour.

      Can I cancel my order?

      To ensure 1-2 day delivery, we typically have 15 to 30 minutes to update or cancel an order before the label gets printed and the order gets packed.

      • If your order status says "Awaiting Fulfillment", we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us right away so we can attempt to hold the order.
      • If your order status has a status different from "Awaiting Fulfillment", we are unable to cancel your order. Please contact us to request the package be "Returned to Sender". In our experience, the shipping carrier may still attempt delivery. If this happens, please refuse the package and "Return to Sender". It may be helpful to leave leave a note on your door (or mailbox, lobby) asking the delivery driver to "Refuse/Return to Sender any packages from WWW.CARE.CLUB".

      If you refuse the order, we can issue a full refund without going through the return process. Otherwise, we can always place a return.

      I haven't received my order.

      Most likely, the items in your order just haven't been delivered yet as orders may ship in multiple boxes or ship from different locations due to availability.

      Sometimes products come defective from the manufacturer or they can get damaged during shipping. Please contact us so we can get a new product out to you ASAP - even if you opened it!

      I received an email saying my order was delivered but I never received it.

      Sometimes customers have trouble locating a package. Drivers have been known to leave packages at the front door, garage door, back door, at the front gate, at the lobby, or with a neighbor. If you can't find your package, please contact us and we'll make every effort to resolve the problem!
